Former Norblin Factory is a unique, multifunctional revitalisation project of the 2 ha area located at 51/53, Żelazna Street in Warsaw, that belonged to Norblin, Buch brothers and T. Werner factory. The project aims to convert the industrial interiors into a modern, open space. The complex will offer 10 historic buildings and 50 unique production facilities of the former factory.
Former Norblin Factory will have 40 000 sqm of modern, prestigious A class office spaces at the levels from +3 to +8. The levels from -1 to +2 will feature Norblin shopping streets with over 70 stores, numerous restaurants, cafes, the Open Museum of the Former Norblin Factory and a BioBazar with organic food. The parking lot will be located on the four underground levels.
Located in the heart of Warsaw, the area will be turned into a space for work, meetings, shopping and culture.
The usable space of 64 000 sqm will include:
+ 40 000 sqm of modern class A office spaces on the levels +3 to +8, according to the “Office Plus” concept
+ 24 000 sqm of service, commercial and entertainment area on the levels -1, 0, as well as +1 and +2 following the concept of “The place to be, the place to work”
+ underground parking lot on 4 floors
+ dedicated underground parking lot for 200 bicycles
+ BioBazar offering fresh, certified organic food
